Jammu: With the aim of providing quality education among Gujjar and Bakwal community children, the Army has started three schools in reach of the Jammu and Kashmir Rawmir District.
Children from the community suffered due to lack of education infrastructure while ‘heavy’ migrated to their summer residence, said an official spokesman.
Happy! You have managed to throw your votelogin to see the results of the head of the community approaching the army who seek help for children’s education, he said.
The army has prepared three schools in Nathatop, Patnitop and Sanasar, said the spokesman.
85 children, including 36 girls, have been registered with these schools, which will remain functional for three months or to the back of ‘heavy’ before winter, the spokesman said.
The right behavior of Covids is really implemented in schools, he added.
He said that these schools are also a source of work for teachers from the public.
This army initiative has been valued by the Gujjar and Bakwal community and will foster an inclusive feeling with the mainstream community and will further strengthen the bond between Indian soldiers and the community, a spokesman said.
