Mumbai: The make-up artist from Kandivli East was cheated by almost Rs 70,000 by Cybercriminals while trying to buy online liquor recently.
The 45-year-old player wants to order a bottle of wine as a birthday present for his sister.
He searched the online liquor store telephone number and dialed the number one of the registered numbers.
Frauster introduced himself as an employee at a liquor store.
“The accusation of asking him to pay a number of Rs 1,500.
He also made him pay a number of RS17.051 as a processing fee.
But he claimed that the money had not been accepted due to technical errors and made him pay the number for the second time,” said a police officer.
When the woman demanded a refund, the defendant sent her a link and asked her to fill the details of the bank.

He lost a total of Rs 69,704, before he realized that he was cheated.
The woman then approached the police Samta Nagar.
A pine was registered on Tuesday and the police are now looking for a cheater.
