Mumbai: Aryan Khan, who has recently been guaranteed in the case of medicine-on-cruise, appears before the narcotics control bureau (NCB), to mark the presence of its weekly (every Friday) before the body.
On November 7, the Special Investigation Team (sitting) NCB called Aryan Khan to be questioned, however, he could not quote a fever.
The Bombay High Court has issued a detailed guarantee order Aryan Khan on October 29, which stated that he had to appear before NCB every Friday and was asked to submit his passport.
The court has asked the three guarantee applicants – Arya Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, Munmum Dhamecha – appearing in front of the NCB Mumbai office every Friday, between 11:00 a.m.
to 2.00 a night to mark their presence.
The court provided guarantees to Aryan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha on October 29.
Aryan Khan was arrested on October 3.
The NCB team damaged the alleged drug party on the Cruise Cordelia ship which was heading to Goa in mid-sea in October 2.
As many as 20 people, including two Nigerian citizens had been captured so far.
