After the Bombay High Court guarantees Arya Khan in the case of roaming drugs, Maharashtra minister and NCP leader Nawab Malik on Thursday continued targeting the NCB Sameer Wankhede zone director, by citing the Iconic Dialogue Shah Rukh Khan from the film ‘Om Shanti Om’.
Tweeting in Hindi, said Malik, “Abhi Bauki Hai’s picture is dost.”

HC guarantees Aryan Khan and his two accusations for three weeks after their arrest by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).
Aryan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were arrested by anti-drug agents on October 3 and were ordered under the relevant parts of Narcotics Narcotics and Psychotropic Act (NDPS) for ownership, consumption, sales / purchasing drugs that were prohibited, conspiracy and reduction.
Malik, Minister of State Minority Affairs, has repeatedly called the case of roaming drugs as “false” and flattened various charges against Wankhede, including utilizing illegal phones and using fake documents to secure work.

In the video message circulating to the media on Thursday, Malik said, “The officer (Wankhede) who arrested Arya Khan and the others were now approaching the Bombay High Court who asked the holding instrangus of Mumbai police from arresting him.
He had approached Mumbai police last week asking Protection.
He must have done something very wrong and that is why he was afraid of actions against him.
”
“Mumbai police have told the Bombay High Court that they will issue a notice of his arrest 72 hours earlier if they intend to take such actions.
I repeat my previous comments that this drug case is truly Bogus.

“If this case comes before the Bombay High Court, it will be stuck,” added the minister.
Two other people who were arrested in this case were given a guarantee a day earlier by the NDPS court, said Malik, allegating that everyone who was arrested was eligible to get a guarantee in this matter, but the NCB prosecutor made a new claim to postpone guarantees.

Wankhede filed a petition in the High Court and looked for an urgent hearing, said he was afraid of being arrested by the police on charges of extortion against him in this case related to the alleged bust cruise on a cruise ship.
But Mumbai police convinced HC that it would not catch Wankhede without giving him a three-day notice.

Previously, the NCP leader had flattened various charges against Wankhede, including using illegal telephones and the use of fake documents to secure work.
