Aryan is framed, drug bust has been planned: police witness

Mumbai: In a touch of the Bust Cruise case from the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), someone who claimed to be a secret for the pre-attack discussion had told the city police that the son of Actor Shah Rukh Khan Aryan was framed by certain individuals to make money.
“I have a reason to believe that RAID has been planned and Arya Khan is framed in drug cases.
All strategies are completed on September 27, while cruises are raided on October 2,” Vijay Pagare told toI on Saturday.
Pagare said the high-level police sitting team recorded his statement on November 3 and 4.
“My statement was read to me, and I signed it,” Pagare said.
Pagare said he had lived with Sunil Patil, who had claimed he had submitted information about drugs on the cruise to NCB.
The name Patil appeared in the statement of the businessman Sam D’Souza, who said the witness Panch K P Gosavi had saved the name Patil as SW – referring to Zonal Head NCB Sameer Wankhede – to show that he had direct access to NCB.
Pagare said Patil owed him, and he had lived with him for the past few months in an effort to recover it.
Patil stayed at a star hotel in Vashi on September 27 and other rooms at the same hotel booked in the name Gosavi.
At the hotel, another witness, BJP Manish worker Bhanushali, Gosavi and Patil met a few days before the attack, claimed Pagare.
He was in a hotel room when Bhanushali kissed patil and said, “Bada Kam Ho style (great job has been done).
We have to go to Ahmedabad but don’t take Pagare.” Pagare said he didn’t understand what happened.
On October 3, a few hours after Raid, Bhanushali allegedly returned to the hotel room.
He asked Pagare to come to get the money.
Both of them went to the NCB office.
On the road, Bhanushali spoke to someone on the phone and took the name, including Pooja, Sam and Mayur.
He allegedly said Gosavi’s phone was turned off and he suspected he escaped after earning money.
When reaching out to the NCB office, Pagare said he saw a journalist there and was told Aryan Khan had been detained by NCB.
Then, he saw the news clip about the Cruise Party attack and saw Visual Bhanushali and Gosavi escorted the defendant.
At this point, he said he realized the attack had been planned beforehand.
According to Pagare, he tried to reach out to advocate representing Aryan, but not entertained.
