Aryan Khan failed to appear to call NCB Sit’s Citing Fever

Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood’s actor Shah Rukh Khan, was summoned by a special investigation team (sitting) from the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Sunday in connection with the case of roaming drugs, but he failed to appear before quoting fever, an official said.
Sitting anti-drug agent on Sunday asked Aryan Khan to appear in front of the same day, NCB official said.
“But he did not appear before the official sat by quoting a fever,” he added.
Sitting, led by senior officers NCB Sanjay Kumar Singh, reached Mumbai on Saturday, a day after the agency was transferred into an investigation in six cases, including a controversial cruise drug case.
NCB has arrested Arya Khan and at least 19 other people in the case of shipping drugs last month and director Zonal Mumbai Body Sameer Wankhede has faced an investigation into the department’s vigilance after independent witnesses in this case accused the bid of extortion by those involved in the investigation.
.
Aryan Khan was released with a guarantee on October 30.
On Friday, he appeared to visit the NCB office here to mark his weekly presence in accordance with the condition of the guarantee set by the Bombay High Court.
It was Aryan Khan’s first appearance at the NCB office after his release from Arthur Road prison.
In its order, the High Court has said that Arya Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha, with Him who is also released by guarantee, must submit their passports before NDPS Court and will not take permission from a special court.
In addition, they must attend the NCB office every Friday between 11am and 14:00 to mark their presence.
