Thiruvananthapuram: Lawsikho has partnered with the acquisition program of additional skills (smoke) Kerala, to launch three legal courses for students in February.
Designed for students who pursue scholars or masters in law and professionals who have completed a bachelor’s degree in law, courses come mixed with internship and placement support.
The program launched is a diploma in the preparation of advanced contracts, negotiations and dispute resolution; Diploma in Cyber Law, Fintech Regulations, and Technology Contracts; Diploma in M & A, Institutional and Investment Financial Act (PE and VC Transactions).
The 520 hour course, with a batch of 30 students, has a basic understanding of the components and structure of the contract, negotiation agreement, emerging technology regulations, Fintech and e-commerce laws, arrangement of agreements, thorough testing and conformity of the agreement for mergers and acquisitions and investment transactions.
These courses are exclusive for students who register for them through smoke Kerala Portal.
Smoke Kerala, which offers training in 56 National Qualification Work Program (NSQF) which is in harmony in 17 skills sectors, has perfected modules and curriculum to build training programs that improve work skills.
