Thiruvananthapuram: Lawsikho has partnered with the acquisition program of additional skills (smoke) Kerala, to launch three legal courses for students in February.
Designed for students who pursue scholars or masters in law and professionals who have completed a bachelor’s degree in law, courses come mixed with internship and placement support.
The program launched is a diploma in the preparation of advanced contracts, negotiations and dispute resolution; Diploma in Cyber ​​Law, Fintech Regulations, and Technology Contracts; Diploma in M ​​& A, Institutional and Investment Financial Act (PE and VC Transactions).
The 520 hour course, with a batch of 30 students, has a basic understanding of the components and structure of the contract, negotiation agreement, emerging technology regulations, Fintech and e-commerce laws, arrangement of agreements, thorough testing and conformity of the agreement for mergers and acquisitions and investment transactions.
