Panaji: A 45-year-old woman from Camurlim died in 24 hours after entering the Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMC).
He tested positive for Covid on the day he was accepted and had symptoms for five days.
He reportedly had bronchial asthma as a comorbidity.
The active Kaseload Goa fell to 300 on Sunday after a lively weekend, the lowest count since the beginning of June 2020 as 31 new Covid-19 infections were recorded, and 43 people recovered.
