KABUL: The Afghanistan Cricket Board has stripped Asghar Afghan of Their national team captaincy, blaming him losing the Test match against Zimbabwe at March in Abu Dhabi.
The ACB explained in an announcement on Monday that”a number of Afghan’s conclusions as leader of this group led to Afghanistan’s reduction to Zimbabwe in the first Test of this series” The ACB did not emphasize any specific conclusion made by Afghan throughout the game but the decision to eliminate him in the captaincy was shot on the grounds of the”analysis conducted by ACB’s investigative committee” Zimbabwe thumped Afghanistan by 10 wickets within two weeks at the first Test earlier Afghanistan leveled the show by winning the next match by six wickets.
