An Aurangabad District ASHA Workers and Health Employees Union functionary explained it had filed a memorandum to the Zilla Parishad CEO together with the requirement they are awarded Rs 500 per day as specific allowance. The memorandum also required that ASHA employees be trained correctly prior to being set up for swab sample set amid the coronavirus epidemic.
