Bhubaneswar: With the Minister of Education Education ‘Elder’ and Education Union Dharmendra Pradhan at his side, Rising Star Ashwini Vaishnaw on Thursday arrived at Odisha for the first time since the increase in the Narendra Modi cabinet.
