Aspiran in Maharashtra Fret about Tet, UPSC paper on the same day

Pune: Two important tests – teacher feasibility test (TET) and the UNI Public Service Commission (UPSC) on October 10 have many candidates who have registered for an examination.
More than two Lakh candidates appear to tet every year, but the exam cannot be done for the past two years due to a pandemic.

A candidate that appears for Tet and UPSC, Sheetal Pradhan, said the UPSC date cannot be rescheduled because this is a national level exam, but the state government can reconsider the date of Tet.
“It is important to try the test because Tet is mandatory and UPSC is a change of life.
So, I hope the government to make decisions about this soon,” he added.
Commissioner of the State Examination Board of Maharashtra, Uaram Supe, said they would examine the number of candidates who had submitted a test application.
“If the amount is high, we must reconsider the date but it will be a big change because many others depend on the tet.
This proposal is with the state government and the decision after reviewing the implementation of the candidates will be announced earlier.”
