The Head of Minister of Assam Himanta Buswa Sarma said on Tuesday that racism must be condemned “firmly” after a contestant from Guwahati on the show of reality of dance experiencing racist rhetoric.
In the “Dance Deewane 3” clip that has become a viral on social media, Raghav Juyal dancers are seen introducing a contestant from the northeast while speaking nonsense, it seems to be Mandarin Mock, the language spoken by Chinese people.
When the judges, including Madhuri Dixit-Nene actor and filmmakers remo d’souza, asked him what he was trying to do, the hosts answered because he casually made racist comments on the young contestant, Gunjan Sinha.
“People may not be able to understand Chinese but they must understand the dance,” he heard said in a 40 second clip.
The third season of the show, which took up the air earlier this year, concluded last month.
The chairman of the minister brought to Twitter and said “racist rhetoric” against the contestant was unacceptable.

“Dance Deewane” was judged by Madhuri Dixit-Nene and Choreographer Tushar Kalia and Dharmesh Yelande.
D’Souza appeared in the episode as a special guest.
Although there has been no official statement from the IT channel, Juyal (30) sharing videos on Instagram in an effort to “clarify misunderstandings”.
The hosts said he wanted to share “stories” behind the small clip circulating on the internet for his mental health and people who knew him.

According to Juyal, in the last episode he introduced Gunjan in Chinese gibberish the same in front of the action on the show.
“You won’t call me racist if you will see the whole show,” he added.
The host, who has starred in films like “ABCD 2” and “Street Dancer 3D”, said he had a strong relationship in the northeast.
“I have my family at Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh.
I have a friend in Nagaland with whom I have grown in a hostel school.
I am someone who tries to show the right things politically and who handles injustice and racism.
Instead, I often trolled every time.
Next time I took a stand for religion, caste, culture or creed, “he said.
Towards the end of the video, Juyal said he apologized to those whose sentiments were injured.
“I am very sorry if I have hurt your sentiment.
It’s not my motive or channel that something like this happens.
But before creating a viral clip and judging, I really want you to watch the whole show,” he added.
