Guwahati: Assam has emerged as the upper state that has made a maximum increase among greater circumstances in overall performance and also among the top three states in incremental performance in the Niti Aayog health index for Monday.
The report said, “Among greater countries, only four countries increase their base year (2019-19) in the year of reference (2019-20).

“The total score of Assam has risen from 43.39 in the base year (2018-19) to 47.74 in the year of reference (2019-20).
Kerala and Tamil Nadu won first and second ranked in the overall performance score of 82.20 and 72.42 respectively.
Among smaller countries, Mizoram has jumped by two places to catch the top slot.
Meghalaya has also jumped by two places from 7 to 5, while Tripura, Manipur and Arunachal Pradesh falls one place each.
