Assam: Guwahati Airport provides the best customer service in Covid Times

Guwahati: Lokpriya Gopinath Airport Bordoloi International (LGBI) in Assam’s Guwahati, the largest airport in the northeast, has won the ‘Voice Customer’ award from the International Board (ACI) airport.
The airport was awarded to demonstrate endless efforts in gathering passenger feedback on customer needs in 2021 and providing the best travel experience in its class.
“This initiative recognizes the airport that continues to prioritize their customers and remain committed to ensuring that their voices are heard during the Pandemic Covid-19 which is ongoing in 2021,” said Luis Felipe de Oliveira, Director General of Aci in a letter to Rajeev Kumar Jain, CEO Airport , Adani.
Maintenance of the LGBI airport is being carried out by Adani Airport Holding Limited (AAHL) since last year.
Launched in 2020, ACI’s recognition recognizes the airport’s continuous efforts that are still committed to give priority to their passengers.
“Throughout the global pandemic, the LGBI airport meets the norms and protocols in line with the central and state governments while prioritizing the health and safety of its passengers.
