Guwahati: Short curriculum for class XII, as is filled with state governments, can cause a lot of damage to medical students and techniques as important chapters can be removed in an effort to ‘reduce the burden on students.
This is the second year in a row under a pandemic when a question about reducing courses will appear.
Assam (AHSEC) Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) in repairs to make decisions about limiting courses and even as the Assam (SEMA) secondary education council has reduced the Syllabus of the State Class Council exam by 40%.
Offline class at the Assam school took a beating for five months until class XII students finally returned to the classroom on Monday.
Officials at AHSEC said the reduced syllabus was intended to ease the burden on students.
However, the board is in place because it takes the last call.
“Even though there are advocacy from certain quarters to reduce the test syllabus, prospective jeets and neets can face difficulties if they do not study certain important topics from the syllabus because of restrictions.
This is the main concern,” said Secretary Ahsec Polak Patgiri to the Toi.
He urged school authorities to teach students of full syllabus because there was no decision taken on the reduction of the course.
Patgiri, however, was held at the Board meeting, the possibility of being held.
Then this month, decisions can be taken to reduce volume to a certain extent.
Last year, both Seba and AHSEC reduced the contents of the course for the exam participants of 30%.
But this year, Seba has cut 10% other exam syllabus, quoting fewer working days left for this academic session.
The controller as a test, Nayan Jyoti Sarmah, said, “No one knows when the offline class for class X students will begin.
The online class is still unreliable, considering various problems and thus, we can say the reduction in the course volume is comparable to the offline class Lost.
“Even if the physical class for class X starts from mid-September, the classes will be held maximum.
Until next February next year.
The State Council exam is likely to be held in March-April.
If the offline class continues to be suspended for several more months in the third wave case, Seba’s source said a need to cut down the syllabus further.
Experts are very important for kurta restrictions but feel that important chapters should not be abandoned.
“There should be enough deliberation before making a restriction decision.
The view of various stakeholders is a must.
Last year’s experience said several boards, on behalf of the burden of burdens, the chapters were used to reflect secular and liberal ethos,” said the former member Seba Indranee Dutta.
