Guwahati: Assam has recorded a more than 3% increase in voters in 12 months with an increase of more than 1% in the gender ratio.
Fresh selection rollers published by the Assam head election officer (CEO) Nitin Khade on Wednesday had 2,37,834 voters.
The state has 2,29,92,505 voters in accordance with the final selection roll published in January 2021.

In terms of gender ratios, the state has 983 women’s voters per men’s voters.
