Guwahati: Special Offline Exam Results in October in October for students who are not happy with the results of the evaluation-based formula adopted in July, show a clear decrease in the percentage of graduation.
Under formula-based evaluation carried out with school exam reports, where the results of the SMA (HSLC) certificate (HSLC) were stated in July, the percentage pass was 93.1%, an increase of 30% compared to the last year of the council test.
However, in a special council examination was carried out through offline mode a few months later in October, the success rate was 70%.
“In formula-based evaluations, only students’ signs of the school-based exam are taken into account.
But when it is involved in a special board exam, the rules are tighter.
The difference is seen in the results,” the test controller Seba, Nayan Jyoti Sarmah, told TII.

Other SBA senior officials, with anonymous conditions, said the majority of students who emerged for special exams were ‘weak students’, which failed in the previous school-based test.
Of the 18,878 candidates who appeared for special examinations, only 266 students emerged after they found the results of the formula-based evaluation were unsatisfactory.
Sen percent of these students graduated and 37 of them even got a difference in a special test.
But for the remaining 18,612 candidates, the special council exam is a kind of compartmental exam after they fail in three or fewer subjects.
A total of 70.68% pass the exam, with 8,800 highs of cleaning tests in the third division.
Examination of HSLC and Assam High Madrassa (specifically), 2021 was held from 1 to 11 October.
As directed by the Gahati High Court in the case of Pill No.
47/2021, Seba has enabled a qualified candidate to appear as a special candidate in a special examination.
Secretary Seba Suranjana Senapati said the fair opportunity was given to all students who would not be able to complain about the results of the formula-based evaluation stated earlier.
“We have completed the evaluation of the answer script in a very short span of time so that successful students can receive entrance tickets in the XI class of the academic session itself,” he added.
