GUWAHATI: Assam to sign an MoU with North East Satellite Application Centre (NESAC) for utilization of its own satellite information and graphics in the country’s development.
Chief Union Himanta Biswa Sarma explained,”We had an assembly together with NESAC plus it had been determined to prepare an action program for its usage of satellite information in a variety of fields that will consist of erosion and flood pictures, property encroachment in boundary regions, epidemic of malaria and Western Encephalities amongst others.” “We shall sign a MoU with NESAC to map Assam’s growth travel in a scientific type with the support of satellite pictures,” the chief minister added.
