Ranchi: Members of Parliament at the Jharkhand Assembly passed four bills in 12 minutes on the last day of the Monsun Assembly session.
If MLA does not submit a discussion request, it will take a half to pass four bills.
The bill including the Jharkhand Open University Bill, 2021 which was declared through the sound sound at 2:25 a.m.
was attended by Jharkhand State Pancayati Raj Amendment Bill, 2021, fiscal responsibility and budget management amendments, 2021 and Jharkhand Finance Bill, 2021, which used to pass the sound Voice at 14:37.
While the first bill is related to the procedure set for the establishment and operationalization of open universities in the state, financial bills aim to increase costs in various forms, including those used for the application of retirement, registration of marriage and others in which the government plans to collect additional income of Rs 200 Crore.
Moving the amendment movement for these two bills, Vinod Singh’s CPI-ML legislator urges a seat to refer to the bill to a particular committee so that members can study the proposal.
“The house remains in chaos and still some MLA is in a well.
We were given a copy of the bill yesterday (Wednesday) morning so how can a member be through content and present amendments within 36 hours, especially when the house has never remained wrong?” He asked.
There was no attention, however, paid for his request and the bill was passed by the sound of the sound during the opposition slogans harder and rather than ayes or nays.
The Young Congress of the Amba Prasad Legislator, who was the first timer, admitted that he was surprised by the way to stay on the floor of the house.
“I was new and learned but it was surprising and sad for me to witness the kind of upset of non-problems and complete ignorance of the members of the contents of the bill,” he said.
Asked why he didn’t think of finding a debate about bills for better clarity, Amba said the next session and so on, he would be ready.
“This was discussed at our legislative party meeting this time in front of our country responsible for RPN Singh,” he said.
Ravindra Speaker Nath Mahto also expressed displeasure of the situation that applies at home because very little business can be traded.
“A large amount of public money is used in conducting sessions and we must pay attention to the fact that it is the responsibility of the treasury and opposition to justify the expenses,” he said.
