New Delhi: India Election Election Commission (ECI) has published a list of people working in important services that can vote in the upcoming assembly elections through postal vote in five countries.
ECI has enabled media people authorized by them to train their franchises using postal ballot facilities for the upcoming assembly selection at Uttarakhand, Punjab, Manipur and Goa.

The selection of the Uttar Pradesh Council will be held in seven phases from February 10 to March 7.
Polls in Uttar Pradesh will be held on February 10, 14, 20, 23, 27 and 7 March and 7.
Elections in Goa and Uttarakhand will be held.
On February 14 and in Manipur from 27 February to March 3.
The election in Punjab will be held on February 20.
Vote counting will be carried out on March 10
