Assembly polls 2022: EC issues of those who can vote through postal voting in five states

New Delhi: India Election Election Commission (ECI) has published a list of people working in important services that can vote in the upcoming assembly elections through postal vote in five countries.
ECI has enabled media people authorized by them to train their franchises using postal ballot facilities for the upcoming assembly selection at Uttarakhand, Punjab, Manipur and Goa.
The commission in the letter to the head of the Uttarakhand, Punjab, Manipur and Goa election office said that the media authorized by him for the coverage of polls could vote them through the postal voting facility.

In Goa, people who work in important services include medical services, namely.

Kadamba Transport Corporation [Srtc of Goa], Forest, All Indian Radio , Dooradarshan, BSNL, Railway, Post & Telegraph, Civil Aviation, Ambulance, River / Transportation Navigation / Navigation The authorized by ECI for the coverage of polls has also been given permission through postal elections through voting.
For Uttarakhand polls, those who work in Indian airport authorities, Food Corporation of India, Indian Railway, Bureau Information Press, All India Radio, Electricity Department, Health and Family, BSNL, Media People authorized by ECI for the Coverage of the Polli Day, and Fires can vote through postal voting.
In Manipur, those who can vote through postal ballots include employees of the Electricity Department, BSNL, Railway, Post & Telegram, Doordarshan, all Indian radio, Ministry of Health in connection with Covid-19, Aviation, Fire Services, Ambulance Services, and Media Authorized by ECI for the scope of the poll.
In Punjab Polls, Civil Aviament Food Employees and Consumer Affairs, Food Corporation of India, All India Radio, Doordharshan, Post and Telegraph, Railways, BSNL, Power, Health, Fire Services, Civil Aviation and Media People authorized by ECI can vote Through postal vote.
The selection of the Uttar Pradesh Council will be held in seven phases from February 10 to March 7.
Polls in Uttar Pradesh will be held on February 10, 14, 20, 23, 27 and 7 March and 7.
Elections in Goa and Uttarakhand will be held.
On February 14 and in Manipur from 27 February to March 3.
The election in Punjab will be held on February 20.
Vote counting will be carried out on March 10
