Assembly session: BJP to the government’s corner

New Delhi: BJP Legislator will try to corner the Kejrati Arvind government about problems related to the water supply and “shortcomings” of school teachers in the two-day Monsun session from the Delhi assembly, starting July 29, opposition leader Ramvir Bidhuri said on Tuesday.
BJP MLA also met with Speaker RAM Niwas Goel demanded five sittings from the Monsun session and seek his support to raise the problem of public interest, Bidhuri told a press conference.
Legislators have notified for discussions on important issues that have an impact on Delhi people, he said.
The national capital is currently faced with a “severe” water crisis and “lacking” school teacher, Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) has an aging bus fleet, because the big “not clean” drains there is water logging, and a city health care system.
“Failed” during the second covid wave, said Bidhuri.
“These problems are very important and need attention urgently and we ask the speaker to allow discussions about such problems.
We feel that all this cannot be taken and discussed in a two-day session and therefore, ask speakers to at least have five .

The speaker is the guardian of the rights and privileges of members at home and regardless of whether they are from the ruling party, they all need to be given the same opportunity to increase the problem, the opposition leader said.
BJP has eight MLA in the 70-member Assembly and the powerful AAP has 62 members at home.
