NEW DELHI: CBSE comprised on Friday that a 13-member committee to work out an”target grade” for evaluation of class XII students following the board tests were cancelled in light of this pandemic.
The board will submit its report in 10 days.
The Supreme Court on Thursday allowed two-weeks period to CBSE and ICSE to determine the goal standards for alternative mode of evaluation and many nations are currently awaiting the CBSE’s appraisal coverage.
“In light of the cloudy conditions because of Covid along with the comments obtained from several stakeholders, it had been determined which class XII board examinations of CBSE won’t be held this season.
It was decided that CBSE will require action to compile the outcomes according to a well-defined object criterion at a time-bound fashion,” explained Sanyam Bhardwaj, evaluation control, CBSE.
“The board will submit its report in 10 days,” he added.
