Ludhiana: Even when the Daily Covid case is in the decline, the number of tests per million in the district is the highest in the state.
With the highest test and falling forward, the state health department guidelines say local health departments need to maintain the status quo.
According to the data of the Ministry of Health, the district test per million was 2,931 on June 24 night.
