Chennai: A salary increase made a comeback as a budget of India Inc.
for a greater increase in 2022 compared to the year running behind economic recovery and amid high friction.
Salary is projected to see an average increase of 9.3% by 2022 (an average increase of 8.8%) compared to the actual average salary increase of 8% (an average increase of 7.4%) in 2021, according to A report by WILLIS Towers Watson advisory company.
