Cairo: At least 20 people were killed and five others were injured in the fire of the Coronavirus hospital in the southern city of Nasssiya Iraq, the State News Agency (INA) reported on Monday.
“The health crew brought the body charred from the hospital which was burned while many cough patients from increased smoke”, a Reuters reporter on the fire site said.
Ina quoted the Ministry of Health officials who said that search operations at Al-Hussain Hospital Coronavirus continued after the fire was taken under control.
Health sources said the death toll could rise because many patients were still missing.
