New Delhi: While the government said it was open to working with Afghan’s dispensation that was ready to protect the interests of the people of Afghanistan, it was impossible to make a hasty decision to recognize the Taliban, who seek international recognition and legitimacy.
In a guarded response to the question of the recognition for the Taliban, India on Friday said the situation was still developing and that there was no clarity on “any entity” which formed the government in Kabul.
India, the US and other Likeeminded democracy agree there is a need for inclusive in and as a representative government may be in the state in Kabul.
The response came after the bomber killed 170 people at Kabul Airport on Thursday, raising concerns in New Delhi and other world capital above Afghanistan became a full terror center, and collected doubts for Taliban control over their explosion’s events.
The incident could be a setback towards Pakistan’s efforts to convince the government to recognize or accept the Taliban, especially because of the alleged actors of Isis-Khorasan have roots in Pakistan Taliban.
Interestingly enough, ISIS-K is seen to share the deadly competition with the Taliban.
MEA warns against “jumping gun” on the problem of recognition for the Taliban.
“The situation on the ground is uncertain.
The main concern is the security and safety of the people.
At present, there is a lack of clarity or no clarity about the entity that forms a government in Kabul,” said MEA spokesman Arindam Bagchi.
“There are many stories about who will be represented in government and whether the government will be inclusive, which is another question, and whether the other elements of the Afghan administration will be represented in this matter,” the official added.
India’s focus has evacuated its citizens stranded in Afghanistan, he said.
“We continue to monitor the situation very carefully.

Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid also said that the group, who now ruled Afghanistan, considers India as an important part of the region.

“We have said before that we will not let our land be used against other countries.
