Ahmedabad: Over the past 25 years, Ahmedabad has largely turned into a cosmopolitan city, mostly interesting families from various countries because of the main national level institutions, the central government office, MNC and crowded industrial corridors, which have become an outline of the economy.
The latest census numbers about migration have revealed that of a total of 25.6 migrants lakh in the city, 6.9 lakh belonging outside the state.
