Lucknow: The Anti-Terrorist squad Uttar Pradesh claimed to have solved the Pakistani-based inter-service network module (content) in the state and detained three people on Tuesday.
They were arrested after simultaneous raids in Prayagraj, Lucknow, Rae Bareli, and Pratapgarh.
The Director General of Police Additional Police, Law and orders, Prashant Kumar said that A Live Ied also recovered in the DOAGRAJ and was being distributed by bomb disposal forces.
Kumar said they were detained including each of the Unchahar in Rae Bareli, Kareli in Prayagraj, and Alambagh in Lucknow.
“Raids are to catch the rest of the defendants and those who are detained are being interrogated,” he said.
Sources at ATS said that in the first attack the tip-off was carried out in Prayagraj and Pratapgarh, then after questioning the residents of Kareli, his relatives in Lucknow were interrogated.
