Attack over Intercaste Union: HC Summons Top Cop

Mumbai: The Bombay High Court on Thursday tore the city police because it did not act on the violence and the threat of deaths that followed the marriage between pairs of young couples and asked the Hemant Nagrale police chief to appear and explain.
