It’s some news for Bard of Avon fans! Centuries after his death in 1616, a very rare portion of Shakespeare’s first folio edition, published in 1623, will be prepared for auctioned.
It is interesting to note that the portion consists of all Henry IV part of the game written by Shakespeare.
The first folio was one of the earliest editions of Shakespeare’s work collection, the Guardian reported.
In 1616, when Shakespeare died, only 17 of his game was printed.
This is this first folio, a collection of 36 dramas including 18 Shakespeare’s work, which maintained Bard’s work for centuries to come.
According to The Guardian, it includes ‘Macbeth’ and ‘The Tempest’ Shakespeare who will not survive the world to see the opposite.
Shakespeare’s work was edited and compiled by his friends and fellow actors, John Heminges and Henry Condell, who scored approximately 750 the first folio where more than 200 had survived the test of time.
The first rare folio will be ready to be auctioned on October 19 by the Herlabird Western Americana collection.

The first authenticity of Folio has been examined by Eric Rasmussen, a Shakespeare scholar.
It is estimated at around $ 50,000 – $ 100,000.
‘The auction house might put prices on fragments, but adding that pages “from the first copy ever printed by the most important number in the history of literature” is “countless value”,’ reporting the guardian.
