Ranchi: Former Chair of the Babulal Marandi Consultant Minister Sunil Tiwah moved the Jharkhand High Court who was seeking regular guarantees in the case of suspected sexual exploitation.
This case was registered at the Argora Police Station on August 16 by a girl owned by the Scheduled Tribal Community.
The minor in FIR accused Tiwary from sexual exploitation and the case was registered for violations of violations based on the Criminal Code and ACT SC / SC.
Tiwary previously registered for anticipatory assurance in the presence of the Ranchi District Court which was rejected.
He then moved the Jharkhand High Court but was then arrested on September 12.
Tiway’s wife Lalima Tiary also submitted a criminal order in the High Court who was looking for the CBI probe into this problem.
