Jaipur: The Jaipur Court has directed that the voice sample of the Union Jal Ministle Shakti Gajendra Singh Shakti and the alleged intermediary of Sanjay Jain was collected in connection with the audio clip of leaking last year on conversation about the government’s decline.
Metropolitan Magistrate Chief The Jaipur-2 court issued direction on Wednesday in response to the application of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) submitted last week.
Sound samples will be taken by the rental control court judge, which is authorized to issue the necessary notice, said an ACB official.
Lokesh Sharma, OSD to Rajasthan CM, allegedly circulated audio clips which was said to be in a conversation about the decline of the state government among Shekhawat and Congress leaders in the midst of rebellion against the Chief Minister of Ashok Gehlot by Deputy Pilot Sachin and 18 parties supporting him.
On the basis of audio clips, the Head of the Government of Rajasthan Whip Mahesh Joshi has registered a case with the Special Operations Group (SOG) and the Rajasthan Police Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in July last year, but FIR did not mention that “Gajendra Singh” was called in the clip Shekhawat Union.
This development approached the Delhi police heel called Joshi in connection with the FIR submitted by the Union Minister of Shekhawat in the issue of telephone tapping.
Joshi did not appear, quoted various reasons.
Shekhawat has filed FIR against Sharma.
On June 3, a Delhi court lived forced action by Delhi police against Sharma until further orders.
Joshi was then called to record his statement by Crime Branch Police Delhi.
Reacting to development, Yoshi said, “I welcome the court’s decision.
It will not exaggerate if I say that God has fulfilled the desire of Gajendra Ji.
From the last few days, he has said that he has not received a notification and he is ready to provide samples.
Now , He must move forward without a higher court shelter and provides a sample.
