Aurangabad: Six men were arrested for allegedly throwing stones in the security cabin located at a place in a company in the Waluj industrial area here in Maharashtra, police said on Tuesday.
The incident occurred on Sunday night when two groups fought on the road outside the tool manufacturing company.
Two men rushed to the security cabin who were seeking help, said an official.
The security guard tells the men not to fight in front of the company.
However, they threw a stone to the security cabin, which destroyed the glass screen.
They also tried to damage two-wheeled vehicles parked in the company place and beat a worker.
The case was registered at the Waluj MIDC police station against six men, all the nearest villagers, on Sunday night.
They were arrested on Monday morning, the Waluj MIDC police station at the cost of Sandeep Gurme told PTI.
They were ordered under various parts of the Indian Criminal Code (IPC) on allegations of riots and violated orders announced as public servants, said Rajendra Bangar investigation officer.
