Aurangabad: BJP and Shiv Sena traded allegations in Aurangabad on Monday after the first told the OBC cell head was kidnapped and beaten.
BJP officials submitted a request at the Jawahar Police Station who accused that the OBC cell head Govind Kendre was kidnapped from near the health center and was taken to the Sena official office where around seven to eight people from the ruling party beat him.
A Jawahar Police Officer said an application was received from BJP but there were no cases submitted so far.
Meanwhile, Shiv Sena MLC Ambadas accused local BJP workers pampering themselves in deviations in vaccination centers and said some of his partymen had gone to a center like that after getting a complaint about the token that was cornered by BJP workers.
BJP City President Sanjay Kanekar said his party had started the vaccination center to help people and Sena felt uncomfortable about it and tried to place obstacles.
