Australia aims for a crowd of bumper on the ash test

Sydney: Cricket Australia plans to a large crowd for the ash series against England this year, with full-capacity for sale places even though there are concerns about Covid-19.
Nick Hockley’s executive said tickets would go on sale Monday with all stadiums sold to their boundaries except the 100,000 chair Melbourne cricket land which will have an initial capacity of 85 percent.
“The ash competition is one of the biggest in world sports, and we hope that his condition will allow fans as much as possible to attend,” Hockley said in a Wednesday night statement.
“In terms of capacity due to government restrictions related to pandemics, we certainly guarantee full shipping fans.” The five-test series will begin in Brisbane on December 8 before day / night matches in Adelaide, followed by a traditional boxing test in Melbourne then Sydney and Perth.
Hockley’s optimism came although Sydney, Brisbane and Perth currently in locking after a very contagious flare-up of Delta variants from Covid-19 who have seen toothed sporting events to shift their games from these cities.

“Hopefully people will be able to travel but if they can’t, then I know they will follow very carefully from England and from all over the world cricket,” Hockley said.
Australia will host Afghanistan in a one-time test in Hobart in front of Abu and will play New Zealand and Sri Lanka in limited overs games after their dispute with England.
