Langer, whose contract will expire in June, met with the chief executive CA Nick Hockley and High-performance manager Ben Oliver last week to discuss the role of his future.
After a local media meeting reported that Langer, the intense management style created a crack between him and the players, “go ballistic” when CA suggested used tests possible to re-register for his position.
However, CA has denied the news report “inaccurate”.
“There are a number of inaccuracies in a story written by Tom Morris on the Fox Sports website on Monday about a meeting between Australian men’s team head coach Justin Langer, CEO of Cricket Australia Nick Hockley and High-performance Rugm and Ben Oliver national team on Friday,” CA said in a statement.
“While we don’t comment on secret conversations, we feel on this opportunity it is important to improve notes.” Among other false claims, we reject the direct statement that the meeting was fiery or heated and that Justin was asked to re-register for him.
Work.
“Langer was appointed as head coach after the Ball-Tubmaring scandal in 2018 to overhaul the team’s culture and regain respect for the Australian public.
His work had come under the scanner because of the loss of Australia’s disappointment on the test last year but in the past few months he had guided the team for the dominant world cup and a 4-0 victory Around the future the role will begin after the conclusion of the man of the man Series.
“” The Friday meeting was the first time we had the opportunity to meet together directly, reflecting the success of the team and discussing the road ahead.
“” We will continue with this process and make the announcement so complete.
“Langer previously expressed the desire to continue as head coach.
