Melbourne: Rafael Nadal wore a clinical performance to facilitate German qualification Yannick Hanfmann 6-2, 6-3, 6-4 and reached the third round of the Australian Open on Wednesday because Spain remained at the 21st record of the grand title of the Slam title.
The only former champion left in the man’s draw at Melbourne Park, Nadal was tied to 20 majors with Swiss Roger Federer and Novak Novak Djokovic, both of which were absent from the tournament.

The 30-year-old German did a little better on a windy day at the Rod Laver arena but it was not enough for Nadal’s trouble, which hit 30 winners and broke his opponent serving four times in the match while saving the two breakpoints he faced.
