Automatic drivers get 5 years in the case of Pocso

Thiruvananthapuram: The local court in the city on Friday sentenced a man for five years of hard prison after finding him guilty by sexually abused a 16-year-old girl.
Sreekumaran, 58, from Malayinkezh is a person who has received a punishment.
He is an automatic rickshaw driver with the profession and complainant in this case is a passenger.
The sentence has been sent by a fast fast trajectory court here.
Judge R Jayakrishnan also imposed a Hospital 45, 000 penalty to be guilty.
Failure to send penalties will result in an extension of a penalty for another year.
The judge has also ordered the state government to pay suitable compensation to the girl from the government’s victims’ compensation fund.
The judge has given him a total of 10 years in prison for various violations under the Pocso Law.
However, the judge believes that all sentences can be done simultaneously.
The incident was related to this case took place on August 3, 2017, when the girl praised the defendant’s pedicab.
When a pedicab entered the road from Kowdiar to Jawahar Nagar, the defendant grabbed the girl and tried to kiss her.
When the vehicle reached a place where a group of women stood beside the road, the girl jumped out of the vehicle.
