Gurgaon: A 30-year-old man has been arrested by City Crime Branch for alleged kidnapping and murder of a 29-year-old car driver.
The police have identified the defendant as Abhinandan, aka Kallu, who works as a MCG contract cleaner.
On evil day, Abhinandan was accompanied by three others, said an officer.
According to the police, the crime took place on the night of July 10 when Deepu Kumar, a resident of Shakti Park, was heading for Khandsa from Gurgaon Bus Stand.
The next day, some passing people found him lying unconscious in sector 10 and made him accepted in a civil hospital.
The hospital authority told the police and referred him to the Safdarjung Hospital.
Deepu told the police that a few months ago, he was with Bhola, Shadu, Shourabh Mishra and Abhinandan had a party.
After a few drinks, he has an argument with them more than Rs 50 shares and ends in a physical battle.
