Kolkata: Autonomous College in the city will start the second phase of scholar acceptance from next week by publishing a temporary list and date and time for online interviews with selected candidates.
The Department of Higher Education on Friday was postponed the deadline for applications to undergraduate programs until August 27 but did not bind autonomic colleges, which were affiliated with the University of Calcutta but had the freedom to make administrative taking itself and to make decisions.
Many of these colleges began to invite applications far earlier and have begun to filter candidates.
Because the autonomous institute will not wait for the revised application deadline, they will begin to publish several achievements for the next few days, depending on vacancies in their undergraduate program.
“On Monday, colleges will publish a list of selected students for online interviews in certain subjects, including English and physics.
After online interactions are completed, the selected candidate will be asked to send acceptance costs on the virtual platform.
Dates will be shared , “said Swami Shastrajnananda, Principal of Mission Ramakrishna College (autonomous), Narendrapur.
“All information will be available on the college website.” Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira, affiliated with Calcutta University but the Autonomy Institute, will publish a list of initial achievements on August 22.
“Viva Voce Online will be held between August 24 and August 28.
Some departments have also decided to filter students based on the results of the XII class X and class XII,” Swami Ekachittananda, head of the campus school.
The last date of the online application for the Institute is August 14.
The number of undergraduate seats in College is around 200.
St Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Kolkata, will publish the first list at 5pm on August 23 and receipts will be held in addition to August 24 and August 27.
“The second achievement list will be published on September 3 , “said an official.
Many of these institutions have prepared students by conducting acceptance tests or online interviews even though the government ruled out any entrance test or interview to recognize undergraduate students to non-autonomous institutions.
The government has said that universities and universities here must recognize students, based on their class XII values.
