During the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Dhaka in 2015, both parties have exchanged documents on LBA which paved the way for the operationalization of the pact signed in 1974 by Indira Prime Minister Gandhi and the founder of Bangladesh Sheikh Mujibur Rahman to resolve border problems.
