The Bombay High Court on Wednesday canceled two FIR registered in Mumbai against Actor Sahil Khan in 2015 with a complaint submitted by Ayesha Shroff, Veteran wife of Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff, on charges of cheating and criminal intimidation.
Judge S Shinde and J Jamadar canceled two campfires registered by the Bandra Police, after lawyer Khan and Ayesha Shroff told the court on Wednesday that they had resolved a dispute between them peacefully.

Ayesha Shroff told HC that when he also raised the non-payment issue of contributions by Khan worth more than Rs 4 Crore in his complaint, he had decided not to pursue claims or other charges made in two firs.
The bench received the statement of the two parties and canceled two shots, noting that the case appeared to appear from the ‘business dispute’.

However, it was charged a fee of Rs 1 Lakh to Khan and said the money would go to the Maharashtra Child Welfare Committee for “Children’s welfare under the attention of the country”.
