New Delhi: Union Minister Ayush Sarbanand Sonowal on Wednesday launched the ‘Yoga-Break’ application for professionals who work to relieve stress, refresh and focus back at their workplace to increase their productivity.
The five-minute protocol includes Asaras, Pranayama and Dhyana will be available through a cellular application.
