After
Bareilly Ki Barfi (2017) and
Badhaai Ho (2018), Junglee Pictures announced the third collaboration with Ayushmann Khurrana on December 2020.
Film titled Doctor G, who saw the screen space sharing the actor with Rakul Preeting Singh for the first time, now on the floor.
Directed by Anubhuti Kashyap, this film is a campus comedy drama, which has two actors who play a doctor.

The actor, who was eager to record the project, said, “Doctor G subject was very close to me.
Considering locking restrictions, we have all been waiting to start the film and we are happy that the day finally arrives.

I was really excited to start recording movies too because it would allow me to revive my memory to become a student and live a dormitory life.
