Lucknow: Former Minister Mohammad Azam Khan was produced at the CBI Court specifically on Monday from Sitapur’s execution in connection with the allegations of anomalies in the appointment at 1,300 posts at Jal Nigam during Akhilesh Yadav.
Azam was handed over to a copy of the accusation sheet so that the trial case could begin.
He was filed in the Handle of Sitapur where he was taken to Lucknow on court orders.
Manoj Pandey’s Special Judge was repaired November 29 as the next date in this case.
A pine was submitted to the police station sitting in this case on April 25, 2018.
After the investigation, sat had submitted an accusation sheet against Azam and several other accused in court.
It was still investigating the case against several other accused.
The court has admired Azam and accused Girish Chandra Srivastava underneath, 204,420,467, 468, 471 IPC and part 13 of the prohibition of corruption law.
Similarly, the court has recognized violations under Section 201, 204, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B and part 66 of them followed up on Neeraj Malik, Vishujeet Singh, Ajai Kumar Yadav, Santosh Rastogi, Fernadis Roman, Fernadi, Roman and Kuldeep Singh negative.
The court has issued a summons to the appropriate defendant.
