Babies suffered burns during the RPF drive at Charbagh Station

Lucknow: Toddlers suffer severe burns during the anti-encroachment trip at the Charbagh train station on Saturday.
While trying to dismantle the Shanties Ragpickers from the station, the Force Sub-Inspector of Train Protection (RPF) kicked the pressure stove that brought Daal (pulse) on a burning stove and the boiling liquid spilled in the child, distributed his right arm.
The incident that became viral on social media occurred near the train toilet, where Ragpickers were in an emergency hut.
Toddler’s mother, Rekha aka Anju, said, “Two police officers, including a sub-inspector suddenly broke into our hut and began throwing our household items.
My child was suffering from burns after a police officer suddenly kicked on The pressure stove where pulses are being cooked.
“Ragpickers are often called by train authorities to choose bodies from the train tracks and paid for this service.
Toi made several attempts to contact train officials, including senior commanders, RPF, Lucknow Division, Senior Division commercial manager and division train manager, Lucknow, but no one responded.
However, Mukesh Kumar, Sho, RPF, said Charbagh, “An anti-encroachment drive is done, but the allegations of kicking on the pressure stove that causes burns to the toddler is not correct.” Responding to TI’s request, Lucknow Divisional Division Train Manager, Sanjay Tripathi said, “We have ordered an investigation of the incident by a female officer – those who proved won’t be spared.”
