Back from the United Nations, Bolsonaro Son positive test for Covid

Brasilia: Son President Jair Bolsonaro, Son said Friday he had signed Coronavirus – the third member of the Brazilian delegation to the UN General Assembly in New York to test positively.
Eduardo Bolsonaro, 37, said on Twitter he felt well and “start treating myself” without determining what he used.
He quoted an infection as evidence in his campaign against the recently introduced Vaksin Coronavirus passport in several Brazilian cities.
“We know that vaccines are developed faster than usual.
I received the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine and I got Covid,” he said.
“Does this mean the vaccine is useless? But I believe it is another argument against a health passport.” Brazilian Minister Marcelo Queiroga was tested positive for Covid-19 on Tuesday after attending the Assembly and must quarantine in a hotel in New York.
The third positive test was the diplomat who arrived in New York a day in front of Jair Bolsonaro.
President of Bolsonaro, who survived Covid-19, appeared without a mask on several occasions during his UN trip despite refusing to get a vaccine.
He caused stirring on social media after a photo showed him to take some precautions when he ate a piece of pizza from the New York street vendor with other Brazilian delegation members.
Since returning, the President has isolated himself at his official residence because he has contacted Queiroga, and will undergo a PCR test this weekend.
Bolsonaro opened the General Assembly with a speech where he made several misleading or inaccurate statements, some related to pandemics, according to the FACTCHECK AFP team.
The President has minimized the virus as a “small flu,” a fighting coin, questioned facial masks and rejected various vaccine offers for the population while pushing drugs that had not been proven like hydroxychloroquine.
Bolsonaro said he would be a “last” Brazilian player to get a vaccine.
But in an interview with the Veja Journal published on Friday, he revealed that his wife Michelle received a vaccine while in New York this week for the UN trip.
“Getting vaccination is a personal choice.
My wife, for example, decided to vaccinated in the United States.
I, no,” he said.
Bolsonaro was under fire at home because of handling pandemic, who had claimed nearly 600,000 living there, and revelation of his wife pushed further criticism.
Epidemiologist Pedro Hallal told G1 broadcasters that the decision showed “insult to the public health system and all Brazilians.
This shows less confidence.” Bolsonaro Critic Senator Omar Aziz congratulated Michelle Bolsonaro for getting a vaccine, but said, “He could be vaccinated here; shows Brazil that he will get a good example.” The government then issued a statement that was said that the first woman had been offered a vaccine when she did a Covid-19 PCR test, and so said yes because she planned to vaccinate.
The statement said he repeated “his admiration and respecting the Brazilian health system.”
