New Delhi: Olympic Bound Shuttler B Sai Praneeth and Kidambi Srikanth have been nominated for Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award by the Indian Badminton Association, who also recommends three players for Arjuna award.
Praneeth, who won a bronze medal in the 2019 World Championship, was the only single shuttler men who qualified for the Tokyo match.
Srikanth has been fighting lately but won four titles in 2017.
The Indian Badminton Association (BAI) nominated HS Prannoy, Pranav Jerry Chopra and Sameer Verma for Honor Arjuna.
The Federation also sent the Surudharan and Pu Bhaskar Babu application for the Dronacharya award.
Muralidharan has been the recipient of the DRONACACHARYA LIFE TIME achievement award.
